Nearly four years ago, my startup to democratize manufacturing worldwide went under and left me homeless. You hear “no one is coming to save you” — but I found community saving me over and over through this journey.
They say your network is your net worth. I say true wealth is people.
While rebuilding my life, I discovered something incredible: the solutions are everywhere. Driver co-ops paying workers fairly. Community land trusts keeping housing affordable. Whole social economies growing across cities. We just haven’t held the press conference.
So that’s what I’m doing.
Connectioning is the sixth iteration of that original startup — a media company making hidden economic solutions mainstream through viral storytelling and network effects.
During the final debate on Scotland’s Community Wealth Building Bill, an MSP cited my viral explainer as evidence of international support. It passed unanimously, 103-0. The first legislation of its kind in the world.

And I’m just getting started.

Community wealth isn’t just theory — strangers keep opening their arms to me, proving it’s already real.
If the world understood true wealth is each other, and that this is already happening all around them, everything would shift.
That’s the story I’m telling.
